Attorney Profile

Miles Lindley is a North Carolina–licensed attorney who focuses his practice on estate planning for individuals and families. He helps clients put the right planning tools in place so they can protect what they’ve built and reduce stress for the people they care about.

Miles is a Wilmington native and has deep roots in southeastern North Carolina. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016. He has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2017.

Miles’s approach is straightforward — listen carefully, explain options in plain English, and recommend only the level of planning that fits the client’s goals and circumstances. His practice is designed to be accessible and convenient, with most consultations available by phone or video.
