Legacy Law NC is a Wilmington-based law practice focused on estate planning and estate & trust administration. The firm helps individuals and families put clear plans in place, and also helps executors, trustees, and loved ones navigate the legal work that follows after death.

Some clients come to the firm to create or update wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents. Others come because they have been named executor or trustee, or because a family member has died and they need help understanding what happens next. In either setting, the goal is the same: give clients clear legal guidance, identify the important issues early, and move the matter forward in an organized way.

Miles C. Lindley is a North Carolina licensed attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning and estate & trust administration. He works with individuals, families, executors, and trustees who need practical legal guidance in matters involving planning, death, and the transfer or administration of property.

Miles is a Wilmington native with deep roots in southeastern North Carolina. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016. He has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2017.
