How it works

Step 1: Introduction Call (15 minutes)

We’ll confirm you’re in the right place, answer high-level questions, and explain your options.

Step 2: Planning Session ($200)

We’ll use the session to map your plan, identify the right planning tools, and get you a clear flat-fee proposal.

The $200 planning-session fee is credited in full toward estate planning services if you hire us within 60 days.

Step 3: Drafting and Review

We prepare drafts based on your plan. You review, ask questions, and we refine so it’s correct and comfortable.

Step 4: Execution and Implementation

We execute the documents properly and provide practical next-step guidance—such as titling, trust funding, and storage.

Common Questions

Do I need a will or a trust?

1

Most people start with a will and incapacity documents. A trust may be appropriate depending on your assets, family situation, and goals. We’ll walk through the decision in the planning session.

How long does the process take?

2

Many plans can be completed in a few weeks, depending on complexity and scheduling. You’ll get a clear timeline after the planning session.

What should I gather before the planning session?

3

A rough list of assets, beneficiary information, and any existing estate planning documents is helpful—but you don’t need perfect paperwork to get started.

Can we meet virtually?

4

Most meetings can be handled by phone or video. In-person appointments are available by request.
