Fees and Process

We price estate planning based on the client’s individual needs. Most matters are handled on a flat-fee basis, and you will receive a written fee proposal after your initial consultation so you can make a clear, informed decision before any drafting begins.

Planning Session - $200

Your planning session is $200 and is credited toward your plan if you choose to move forward within sixty (60) days of consultation.

Starting fees (for planning engagements)
Because planning is tailored, the ranges below are only starting points, not quotes. The final flat fee is confirmed in writing after we review your goals, your family structure, and your assets during the consultation.

Will-Based Planning (including incapacity protection): starting at $1,350 for a single individual

This starting point reflects a comprehensive will-based plan commonly paired with incapacity protection. In limited-scope situations, a simpler will-only plan may be appropriate and may be priced lower. We’ll confirm the right scope and fee after the consultation.

Revocable Trust-Based Planning: starting at $2,550 for a single individual

The “starting at” fees above are baseline estimates for common planning matters. They are not a binding quote and may increase based on complexity, asset structure, beneficiary protections, and long-term care planning goals. Your final flat fee is confirmed in writing after the initial consultation and scope review.

What affects the final flat fee
Estate plans can vary significantly depending on the issues involved. Common drivers of complexity include:
• Blended families, second marriages, or sensitive family dynamics
• Minor children and beneficiary protection planning (including staggered distributions and trusts)
• Long-term care planning goals and asset protection considerations
• Business interests, rental portfolios, or multiple real estate parcels
• Out-of-state property or multi-state coordination
• Special needs planning, beneficiary eligibility considerations, or government benefits issues
• Prior planning that needs to be unwound or corrected

We focus on careful, tailored planning rather than one-size-fits-all documents. If you’re looking for the lowest price, we may not be the right fit—but if you want a plan built with care, clarity, and foresight, we can help.
